Yann Follain

Alexander Lorenz

Born in Germany, Alexander Lorenz has an academic background in Business Administration from the University of Cologne and Erlangen-Nuremberg. After working with leading industrial enterprises and his own business, Alexander created the patented Formkind system, which is capable of transforming any space to suit any need. By combining scientific and entrepreneurial principles, innovative thinking and digital technology, Alexander produces solutions for the workplace of today.

Head of Interior Projects Davenport Campbell & Partners Pty Ltd

Lisa’s expertise places her at the forefront of innovative workplace design. Her role within Davenport Campbell is to lead clients through the complex issues of workplace strategy, design and implementation and in doing so help them realise their vision for the future.

Lisa gets directly involved in every project and will quickly develop a trusting relationship with the leadership team.

She has advised many global organisations on their workplace needs and how to take advantage of emerging technologies, workplace philosophies, environmental initiatives and the economic circumstances.

She is Davenport Campbell’s Head of Workplace Design.

Yann Follain

Yann Follain
Co-Founder WY-TO

A graduate of the Architecture School of Paris, Yann Follain, boasts an enviable background that is rich in multicultural experiences. From a workshop in Hong Kong about the Metropolises of Asia Pacific where he met Pauline Gaudry to research work in Indonesia, Yann became a project manager for Colboc-Franzen Architects & Associates in France before moving to Singapore in 2008 as a project Coordinator and Team leader for The National Art Gallery, Singapore within studioMilou.

In 2010, Yann established WY-TO in Singapore. In 2012, WT-TO expanded to Europe as WY-TO SARL in partnership with Pauline Gaudry.

Outside of WY-TO’s daily practice, Yann is the Architectural Associate Partner of ArtStage 2013, has worked as Art Director of the 2010 and 2011 editions of the Singapore Architecture Festival, given guest lectures at Temasek Polytechnic School of Design, and is a regular contributor to magazines. Yann is an Associate Member of the Singapore Institute of Architects (SIA).

Sonja Källström

Sonja Källström
Senior Strategist Place Associates

Sonja specialises in applying expertise in consumer behaviour and environmental psychology to activate retail and commercial property developments and associated precincts.

Prior to moving to Australia, Sonja worked in-house at The Walt Disney Company, where she used consumer insights to incubate brand collaborations and develop retail merchandising and marketing campaigns.

Since moving to Australia, she's led customer experience strategy, workshops and presentations for clients across a variety of industries including Westfield, Telstra, Quiksilver, GPT, AMP, UOB and The Australian Department of Innovation.

Sonja holds a degree in cultural anthropology from Emory University with a minor in Asian Studies and conducted ethnographic field research in India and Kenya.

Keiko Toishi
Interior Designer Gensler

Keiko has spent the majority of her career desiging the interiors of professional workplaces around the world. From corporate headquarters to commercial office buildings, her specialized talents brought her to Gensler as the Asia Regional Leader for Health & Wellness design initiatives. A resident of New York City for 10 years and Shanghai for 3, she has worked with many internationally renowned clients in the US, Korea, Japan and China.

Tom Roelstraete

Tom has joined Barco in 1991 and has since ‘97 picked up an international role in the design, deployment and project management of customer systems for Barco worldwide.

He has been involved is some of the largest multidiscipline projects for Barco in Asia and Middle-East and is currently leading the regional project teams. Understanding the needs and materializing the vision of the customer is what drives him and his team.
